FREI Hospitality Group, LLC was established on May 11, 2016. Fernando Freire, our visionary founder, had a bold dream: to revolutionize the way the hospitality industry connects with its clients. Our journey began humbly in Cincinnati, OH, with a small but passionate team driven by a shared commitment to excellence and innovation.

The following year, in 2017, we set our sights on new horizons, opening markets in Nashville, TN, and expanding our family to include a remarkable team of 100 employees. We also maintained a virtual office in Ohio to stay connected with our roots.

Adapting to the Times

In 2020, the world faced an unexpected twist—the pandemic. Instead of succumbing to adversity, we saw an opportunity to pivot and thrive. Our Ohio office had to close its doors, but our determination remained unwavering. We shifted our gaze towards the promising markets of Florida, Texas, and Tennessee, ready to embrace new challenges.

As 2021 dawned, the hospitality industry surged in demand. We emerged stronger and more resolute, prepared to conquer new horizons.

By the time 2022 arrived, we had spread our wings further, opening new markets in various regions of Florida. This marked a significant milestone in our journey, showcasing our commitment to growth and expansion. 500 and we grew to 1,500 employees.

Our story continues to unfold in 2023 as we venture into a brand-new territory—Pennsylvania. This step forward reaffirms our dedication to relentless growth and our mission to redefine the hospitality industry.
