Our Story

FREI Hospitality Group, LLC was established on May 11, 2016. Fernando Freire, our visionary founder, had a bold dream: to revolutionize the way the hospitality industry connects with its clients. Our journey began humbly in Cincinnati, OH, with a small but passionate team driven by a shared commitment to excellence and innovation.

The following year, in 2017, we set our sights on new horizons, opening markets in Nashville, TN, and expanding our family to include a remarkable team of 100 employees. We also maintained a virtual office in Ohio to stay connected with our roots.

Our mission is to redefine hospitality staffing, blending expertise with empathy. We are dedicated to creating a network of exceptional hospitality professionals who not only excel in their roles but also infuse genuine warmth and care into guest experiences.
