Charles Mahabir brings over 20 years of leadership experience across hotel operations, asset management, and real estate development. As Executive Vice President at FREI Hospitality Group, he supports strategy, business development, and operations with a focus on strong client relationships and scalable systems.

He has managed hotel operations for major brands including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG, with expertise spanning Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Revenue Management, and Sales & Marketing. Charles has led teams through successful openings, turnarounds, and repositioning efforts—always with a focus on performance, service, and team culture.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and Business Administration from Madonna University and remains active in the professional hospitality community.
